Pilates, yoga, strength training, breathwork, meditation — followed by saunagus. All with a focus on creating increased body awareness, mental excess, and effective tools to manage stress and promote compassion for oneself and others.
Yoga and Pilates with meditation lasts 90 min and saunagus 60 min.
The yoga practice V/hanna consists of warming up with calm flows at the pace of breathing. Followed by both standing, sitting and lying positions. We focus on strengthening, grounding and stretching.
We end the day with a serene and deep sauna session enriched with sweet and fresh notes combined with meditative music.
