##### Traditional Sauna Cage



60-75 minutes of traditional sauna-gus, where aromatic oils and fragrant steam create a sensual and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy classic sauna benefits such as cleansing, improved blood circulation and relaxation while being pampered with natural scents that lift the senses and bring calm to body and mind.



Traditional sauna sauna 

Yoga, calm breathing exercises and sound meditation followed by saunagus. The focus is calm and stress relief of the nervous system and better sleep.Yoga and sound meditation lasts 90 min and saunagus 60 min.
The yoga practice v/ Sandra, consists of warming up with calm flows at the pace of breathing. Followed by both standing, sitting and lying positions. We focus on strengthening, grounding and stretching.Sound meditation v/ Rosangela, which will guide you with singing and sound therapy.
We end the day with a serene and deep sauna session enriched with sweet and fresh notes combined with meditative music.
